EuropeAid has published 4 calls for proposals open to local government

EuropeAid, the Commission's co-operation office managing EU external aid programmes, has published four calls for proposals open to local government.
The following four calls are run by the European Commission's headquarters in Brussels:

In-country interventions covering Azerbaijan. Deadline for submission of Concept notes 03/02/2009

Multi-country interventions - Deadline for submission of Concept notes 10/02/2009

Development education. Deadline for submission of Concept notes 17/02/2009
-
Coordination and networking. Deadline for submission of Applications 31/03/2009
The call for proposals have been published in the framework of the thematic programme called "Non-state actors and local authorities in development".
EuropeAid also publishes an overview of all local calls. Theses calls for proposals are run by the EU Commission's Delegations (within partner countries).
